Jon is from Wyoming and moved to Arizona in 1996 to get away from cold weather. After changing careers from Engineering to Information Technology he started working with ABLE, Inc in Chandler and held roles from Network Engineer, Director of Operations, Director of Engineering and eventually Chief Technology Officer.
His passion for helping customers with technology has led to continuous growth in all areas of IT. After meeting Stephen Hetherington and discussing the idea of building a new full service managed services organization, Jon jumped at the opportunity. PCIT was born and he has led the organizations technical services team to ever growing heights. Jon lives in Gilbert with his wife, 3 kids, and 3 animals.
He spends most of his free time working on home projects, playing and coaching baseball, and golf when he has time (which isn’t often as seen by his handicap).
Stephen is originally from New York where he attended Portsmouth Abbey and then Syracuse University. He moved out to Arizona To help one of his fathers companies and never left. He was instrumental in starting the first online travel booking website Airfares.com which then Was sold off to Priceline.
It was at this time that he turned his passion for technology into a full time job starting NeedATech a computer/networking company. He then later started ProCopyIT with the great folks at ProCopy Office Solutions. ProCopy Office was then purchased and he decided to keep ProCopyIT, Now PCIT, and continue with the Managed Service Platform and provide the highest level of service and technology in the Arizona marketplace.
Stephen loves to relax in Rocky Point, Golf, and travel with his wife and two amazing boys!
